Greatly improving upon one of It's most successful line of saltwater rods, the Tallus PX Casting Rods make use of advanced blank technologies for unrivaled performance in their class. Specializing in versatility, the Tallus PX eliminates the heavy and bulky feel that often comes along with rods deemed as "multipurpose boat rods", which are generally uncomfortable to use. Built on blanks featuring Hi-Power X reinforcing technology, the Tallus PX increases overall strength and responsiveness while keeping the rod blank lightweight and comfortable to fish. The Hi-Power X blank is built with an outer layer of carbon tape that tightly winds the blank diagonally in opposite directions, resulting in enhanced torsional rigidity to reduce twist and ovalization. Hi-Power X technology enhances performance by transferring energy efficiently through the rod to increase casting distance and provide improved lifting power when fighting fish. When it comes to components, the Tallus PX is outfitted with SeaGuide Zirconia Guides, and features an EVA foregrip and diamond wrap shrink tube reargrip.
