Tyrnos 2-Speed Lever Drag Reels are perfect for trolling for medium to big fish. This series falls directly between the all aluminum Tiagra series and the all graphite TLD series. The Tyrnos gives you an aluminum frame with graphite sideplates, 33 lbs of max drag, four ball bearings, harness lugs and an excellent lever drag system. On top of that Tyrnos reels have a 2-speed mechanism so you can drop the reel into a lower gear when a fish is on the line. It makes reeling that big fish in a much more pleasurable experience. Tyrnos Two-Speed Reels are rugged and will last you a very long time!
Tyrnos 2-Speed Lever Drag Reels are available in three sizes. This is a great choice if you don't want to spend Tiagra money but you want a stronger reel than a TLD.
